Operational principle
After the dusty gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet, it is divided into two types of airflow, upper and lower, and presents a double vortex motion while obtaining rotational motion. Dust generates a strong separation effect at the bottom of the exhaust outlet, which is the boundary of the double vortex. Fine and lighter dust particles are carried upwards by the upper vortex airflow, forming a strong rotating ash ring under the top cover, generating dust particle aggregation and being led out by the upper opening of the specially designed bypass separation chamber. Through the spiral groove at the lower part of the bypass separation chamber, they are introduced from the outer wall return air outlet of the dust collector to the lower part of the dust collector cylinder and converge with the internal airflow. The dust is separated and falls into the ash hopper. The other part of the heavier dust particles are separated and enter the ash hopper through a similar process of passing through the upper vortex airflow along the lower section of the dust collector, driven by the lower vortex airflow.
