BV.F series butterfly valve
The BV.F series butterfly valve is an industrial product developed for powder and particulate materials.
The valve body is made of lightweight high-pressure cast aluminum alloy. The disc plate is a wear-resistant polymer material lined with a steel core. The soft seal formed with a wear-resistant rubber seal makes it very suitable for various powder and particle material applications, especially for wear strong material.
Butterfly Valves are used in all types of bulk solids processing plants where interception of gravity-fed or pneumatically conveyed dry powders or granules is required.

BV.F butterfly valves are often installed in hoppers, silos, screw conveyor outlets, and gas delivery pipes in powder)particle material treatment systems that require gravity drop or pneumatic transport. The BV2F double flange butterfly Valve has two identical flanges: The lower part of the BV1F single flange butterfly valve is equipped with an extended connection ring to install the soft sleeve. According to the application requirements. drive handles or cylinder drive accessories can be selected separately. The industrial design and the use of special composite materials make the BV.F butterfly valve have the characteristics of compact and light structure, plate resistance, long sealing life, and simple installation and maintenance.

VFS Butterfly Valves consist of two high pressure die-cast semi-bodies manufactured from aluminium alloy, a swivel disc in SINT® polymer composite or cast iron, and a prestressed elastomer seal. For the food industry a version with stainless steel disc and integral FDA-approved seal is available. While V1FS comes with a top flange and a bottom section suitable for the attachment of a flexible sleeve, V2FS has an identical top and bottom flange. VFS valves can be fitted with a manual lever or a pneumatic or gear motor actuator. All the actuator systems are interchangeable (see ACTUATOR catalogue).
