Product Description

The small bag automatic unpacking machine is used for the unpacking and unloading of 0kg-25kg bagged powder and granular materials, mainly in the fields of chemical, petroleum, building materials, metallurgy, electricity, food, medicine, grain, environmental protection, etc., for the automatic unpacking and unloading of dry powder materials.
It is automatically loaded by a belt conveyor, the bag is automatically broken by a cutting device, and the bag material is separated by a vibrating screen. The unloading and other steps involve the material falling into the storage hopper by gravity to complete the unpacking process. The dust generated during the homework is filtered out by the carried dust removal device, thus achieving a dust-free unpacking process.

 * The material is fully enclosed during the bag breaking process and material separation process, and each process has a dust collection device, which ensures no dust leakage and low noise, improving the working environment for workers.
* Only one to two people are needed on site to place the packaging bags on the belt conveyor, reducing the workload of workers. The equipment operates reliably, has a low failure rate, and reduces maintenance workload.
* The equipment is specially designed to perfectly separate damaged packaging bags from materials, without mixing into the materials or hanging in the separation device. The equipment automatically counts and can set the amount of bags to be loaded freely. When the set amount of bags is reached, the equipment will automatically stop.
* Automatic alarm, emergency stop, protection of equipment and avoidance of personnel misoperation in case of equipment failure.
After bag breaking, feeding, and separation, it can be used in conjunction with other conveying equipment to complete functions such as powder transportation storage.
