What is Pneumatic Conveying?
Pneumatic Conveying is a cost- and energy-efficient method of transporting dry bulk materials such as powders and granules from one place to another.
A typical example of a pneumatic conveying system that we engineer and manufacture involves conveying a material (such as polymer,lime, soda ash, plastic pellets/powder, dry milk etc.) from a railcar or truck to a silo (or vice versa) in a sealed pipe or tube.Other applications include intermodal/transloading, in-plant transfer, dust control, and portable solutions.
It's important to understand that "pneumatic conveyor" is not a single component. It's a collection of components working in concert as a system.
The basic components of a pneumatic conveying system:
1:An air mover (blower package)
2:Conveying line from intake point containing material (header)
3:Blow Pot (temporary vessel that feeds material into the line)Sealed convey line from intake point to discharge
4:Discharge point (often a vessel, silo, truck, railcar, or process)
5:Filtration system to separate the solids from the gas (air) at the end of the system (bin vent)A control panel to control and automate functions of the system
Introduction to Pneumatic Conveying
Pneumatic conveying is a specific application of fluidization technology that utilizes the energy of airflow to transport powder and granular materials along the direction of airflow in a closed pipeline. The pneumatic conveying device has a simple structure and is easy to operate. It can be used for horizontal, vertical, or inclined conveying. During the conveying process, it can also perform physical or chemical operations such as heating, cooling, drying, and airflow classification of materials simultaneously.
Note: The feed management system, powder silo, and pressure switch are all optional devices. The standard configuration is an open material level indicator full silo shutdown protection port, which requires customers to connect by themselves.

Prevent excessive overpressure and solve dust pollution:
Multi-layer pressure protection and material level joint control function effectively eliminate safety hazards caused by overpressure and excessive volume, and solve the problem of silo dust pollution.
Prevent wrong feeding:
The independent matching function of the silo control system effectively prevents the driver from feeding the wrong material.

SDCAD low-pressure screw air compressor:
SDCAD air compressor is a special low-pressure screw air compressor developed entirely for mixing stations. It adopts a fully sealed structure and is waterproof and can be placed directly outdoors without a special machine room.
The ultra-large rotor design ensures low-speed operation of the main engine while providing large air volume. All bearings are made of German special bearings to ensure long-term stable and reliable operation of the main engine.
The system adds an independent forced lubricating oil pump design to ensure cooling and forced lubrication of various moving parts under low-pressure conditions.

SDCAD gas tank
SDCAD gas tank adopts the patented design of side air intake internal diversion cyclone, which can play a buffering and efficient water removal effect. The bottom is equipped with an automatic drain valve, which can automatically discharge the physically
separated water in the tank at any time. The top safety valve can release the pressure of 3.5 kg, and it will automatically release the pressure when overpressure, thus playing an automatic protection role for the system.
